The Power of 1/8 Cheat Sheet

If you are doing Product-Photography you will use very often Flags(Reflectors) to light up something the right way. But it is always difficult to get the right aperture size, because if you are using a Flag, Reflector or Bounce Card you will lose about 2 Stops of aperture. 

Here’s a little cheat for that problem. Set your Speed-Light to 1/8 Power (1over8). Now you can use my cheat sheet. It is perfect for distances between 1 feet and 6 feet.
