New Tutorial for GIMP on my Youtube Channel

Today i made a new Tutorial about the GIMP Plugins Normalmap and InsaneBump. These are two really cool plugins.
I stumbled over them because i searched for a free alternative to ndo2 or CrazyBump on my Laptop. On my main Workstation i have ndo2 and the Adobe Master Suite CS5 and i like it to work with that Software but i can’t effort on all my Workstations and Laptops the complete commercial Software packages, because it is simply too expensive.

These two plugins in combination with GIMP are really powerful and use-able for texturing, even for commercial work.

Installation:

The installation of the Plugins can be a little bit tricky since GIMP 2.8 because the install instructions are not made for GIMP 2.8 but if you look in the comments of the Plugins you’ll find the solution where to install them in 2.8.
To use InsaneBump you have to install the Normalmap Plugin because InsaneBump uses the Normalmap Plugin.
